FCA is committed to the integrity of safety and emissions systems of our vehicles. The Leave No Doubt campaign encourages employees, contractors, suppliers and dealers to report any issue which may concern vehicle safety, emissions or regulatory compliance. Enhancements made to the existing Ethics Helpline system allow for the reporting of vehicle specific issues. People that use the system may remain anonymous if they would like to, but the information they provide should include as many details as possible so the investigators can do a thorough review of the issue. This is not meant to replace the current process of reporting issues through usual management chain, but instead to provide another option to report potential issues. The call center and website are managed by an independent provider operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
